Returns
You may return any part of your order within 14 days of the
original delivery date. Please email us with your
order number and your reasons for returning the product and
we will issue you with a Returns Note which should be
enclosed with the item.
Return shipping back to us is the sole responsibility of
the customer and we recommend that items are sent using an
insured delivery service for your own protection. If
the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return
shipping cost once your item is returned. Products
returned must be in new condition, unused and containing all
original labels and packaging.
This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer. |
